Our client, a global engineering and manufacturing organization, is seeking a technically driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its Industrial Exhaust & After-Treatment product portfolio. This highly visible role combines product ownership, customer engagement, and technical leadership to support next-generation emissions solutions for large-engine applications across global markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to influence product strategy, collaborate with international teams, and drive innovation in a rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle for industrial after-treatment systems, from concept through validation.
  • Serve as the technical expert during customer discussions, product reviews, and solution development.
  • Translate customer technical requirements into engineered product solutions by collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Manage supplier relationships for critical electromechanical components, including dosing systems, pumps, injectors, sensors, and controllers.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments to shape future product roadmaps.
  • Partner with global engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Support technical validation, product performance, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 12+ years of engineering, product management, or application engineering experience within industrial exhaust, emissions control, after-treatment, or large-engine systems.
  • Strong understanding of Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technologies.
  • Experience with electromechanical systems, fluid handling, sensors, injectors, pumps, and related components.
  • Knowledge of emissions regulations and product validation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:
  • Background in industrial power generation, heavy-duty equipment, or emissions technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with international suppliers and manufacturing organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term product strategies while supporting customer-specific solutions.
