Job description

Overview

We're looking for an Associate Manager of Digital Media Platforms to join our digital marketing team and ensure flawless execution of paid media tagging, trafficking, optimization and measurement across platforms including Google, YouTube, Meta, and emerging channels. This person will be our in-house expert on tracking infrastructure, campaign trafficking, QA processes, and performance data integrity-ensuring that our digital expenditure is accurately measured and fully optimized.

Responsibilities

Support the Sr Media Manager & Marketing Analyst in media platforms

Tagging & Tracking Infrastructure

  • Own endtoend implementation of all tracking across platforms (GA4, GTM, Floodlights, Conversion APIs, pixels, SDK integrations, UTM governance, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a scalable tracking taxonomy across all paid media and digital experiences.
  • Ensure accuracy and redundancy of conversion tracking (browser + serverside).
  • Partner with IT/web engineering to deploy, test, and maintain tracking code across properties.

Campaign Trafficking & Execution

  • Manage trafficking of digital media campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and retargeting partners.
  • Build and QA ad tags, thirdparty tracking URLs, macros, and dynamic parameters.
  • Ensure campaign naming conventions and metadata structures are followed consistently.
  • Support creative versioning and asset trafficking across platforms.

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Lead all prelaunch QA, including:
    • Tag validation
    • Pixel firing checks
    • App vs web tracking
    • Landing page behavior
  • Surface issues proactively and partner with channel managers to resolve discrepancies.

Measurement & Optimization Support

  • Ensure all campaigns accurately populate analytics dashboards and reporting environments.
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies, pixel issues, and attribution gaps.
  • Partner with Analytics to improve attribution models and optimize conversion flow tracking.
  • Keep a pulse on platform updates (e.g., privacy changes, attribution policies, API integrations).

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with paid media managers, analytics, product, IT, creative and external agencies to ensure measurement fidelity and flawless campaign execution.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media operations, tagging/trafficking, or measurement/analytics.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • GTM, GA4, CM360, DV360, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager
    • Thirdparty tracking and verification (e.g., Floodlight, IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify)
  • Deep understanding of tracking principles: cookies, serverside tracking, CAPI, UTMs, attribution windows.
  • Experience building and managing pixels, events, and custom conversions.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and strong project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with server-side tagging solutions
  • Experience supporting ecommerce or multichannel retail.
