Job Description Job Title: Social Media Coordinator Location: Arrington, TN (Headquarters) Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Marketing Position Type: Full-time Start Date: September 1st, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Create and implement daily content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align messaging with overall campaign goals and brand identity. Collaborate with event managers to promote upcoming events through organic and paid social campaigns.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity; identify opportunities to innovate and improve performance. Coordinate influencer/ambassador outreach and user-generated content campaigns. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.) and report insights to the marketing team. Support email and grassroots marketing efforts with relevant content or community engagement updates. Assist in the development of social toolkits and promotional resources for internal teams and partners

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts. Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)

Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Understanding of paid social strategies and KPIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities. Creative thinker with a pulse on digital culture, trends, and platform innovations. Passion for youth sports, events, or active lifestyles is a plus.

No travel required. This position is based on-site at our Arrington, TN headquarters. Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere preferred Strong knowledge of sports preferred College student with a minimum of two years of undergraduate hours completed Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong time management & organizational skills Ability to work well with a team and in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills & ability to build rapport with customers Focused on personal & professional growth Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends Must reside near Arrington, TN, be able to commute and/or be willing to relocate.
