ArkVets is the largest privately owned general practice and urgent care veterinary group in the Phoenix Metro area. ArkVets provides premium and affordable care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets.
Position Summary
GILE Companies is hiring an experienced Part-Time Post-Production and Content Coordinator to manage post-production and content operations for the commercial real estate firm and ArkVets veterinary hospitals.
This person turns raw photos and videos into finished marketing content. The role includes editing short-form videos, creating static posts, writing captions, sending emails, maintaining online profiles, and reporting performance across all active platforms.
Hours: Flexible schedule, 20 to 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Post-Production
  • Turn raw photo and video footage into finished marketing content.
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
  • Create static social media posts.
  • Write captions that match each company's brand voice.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
  • Organize finished content for review, approval, and publishing.
