What You'll Do
As Product Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to ensure successful product development, marketing, and brand positioning of curriculum lines, including Day School, Sunday School, and VBS
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan covering sales, costs, inventory, budgets, and missional impact
  • Prepare financially viable product proposals for internal and executive approval
  • Research the competitive landscape to position products and brand effectively, uncovering both large scale and niche opportunities
  • Study market and customer segments, including characteristics, buyer profiles, and trends
  • Ideate and implement product marketing and brand campaigns with marketing managers, copywriters, and designers to maximize frontlist and backlist curriculum sales
  • Partner with the team to optimize web sales through email automation, category callouts, and cross-promotional messaging

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Five years of product marketing experience, including managing a product line, brand, or portfolio
  • Experience building marketing plans, forecasts, or budgets in Excel
  • Core abilities in business writing, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of and affinity with the LCMS
