Responsibilities

Do these things interest you? You will: 

  • Recruit, manage and develop publisher relationships on behalf of advertisers, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, disseminating offers and promotions, and providing account updates to an advertiser's growing publisher base. 

  • Help advertisers maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data 

  • Coordinate with Media Buyers and Planners to execute Media Plans on behalf of clients managing: budget allocation, ensuring implementation of media, coordinating with affiliate publishers, platform enablement etc. 

  • Build relationships with long-tail clients (publishers) to foster long-term success  

  • Identify and classify opportunities by Audience and Buyer types developing materials to promote opportunities internally and externally to clients 

  • Develop and inform processes for network scale and media enablement 
 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience 

  • Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers 

  • Experience with basic negotiation or relationship-building, such as working with vendors or partners during internships or part-time roles 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational/project management skills  

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

 Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $70,784.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
