Position Summary - The Department of Student Conduct Advocacy and Accountability is seeking a competent and efficient individual with great initiative, diligence, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess a high skill level with Microsoft Office, Publisher, and webpage maintenance and other new media communications technologies. The position's responsibility involves budget reconciliation, expenditures, and other administrative duties. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of the College for Student Conduct.

Required Qualifications - Minimum of HS Diploma required; College Education preferred; graduate of a clerical/secretarial training school highly desirableMinimum of 5 years of work experience in an office environmentExperience in an academic setting or similar setting preferredSpecialized experience with payroll, budget monitoring, and the maintenance of bookkeeping records associated with office accounts
