Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 123 S Justison Street, Suite 200, Wilmington, DE 19801.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Business Information Consultant is responsible for creating and maintaining databases to track business performance, analyzing data and summarizing performance using statistical procedures.
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures.
  • Develop and analyze business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provide notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
  • Create and publish periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.
  • Take business issue and devise best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or track data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
  • Provide recommendations based upon data analysis.
  • Provide analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership or external customers.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).

Experience Requirements:
  • Five (5) years of experience with each of the following:
    • Query tools and statistical software;
    • Relational databases;
    • Manipulating large sets of data;
    • Advanced Ad Hoc Analytics;
    • Payment Dispute Analysis;
    • Enrollment Dispute Analysis;
    • 834 RCNI and RCNO advanced analytics & SQL coding;
    • RCNO monthly processing and manual work exclusions;
    • 820 APTC SQL coding and logic maintenance;
    • SQL Automation, Design and Development;
    • SQL Coding/Programming: daily code updates, enhancements and monthly maintenance;
    • Payment Dispute Automation: advanced analytics leading to new automations; and
    • Enrollment Dispute Automation: advanced analytics leading to new automations.

Alternate Education / Experience Requirements:
  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with each of the above skills.
