LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Publishing Content Project Specialist to manage the upload and metadata creation of content throughout its lifecycle. The role involves publishing to platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring quality assurance, and managing reports related to content submissions.
Responsibilities:
• manage the upload and metadata creation of content, and content lifecycle
• publish to platforms which include Adobe Experience Manager, to support product and sales functions
• generate content upload reports
• manage quality assurance reviews of content submitted for web publishing
• communicate with content submitters and content owners to alleviate quality issues
• ensure that content is labeled as regulatory compliant
• utilize password protection appropriately
• manage daily reports of English and translated content
• assist with acquisition rebranding and regulatory compliance projects
• manage a SharePoint site
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
