  • Execute CMS publishing readiness - prepare content for publishing by ensuring correct structure, formatting, headings, links, and component-ready copy; partner with Technology/publishers as needed.
  • Perform web QA  - validate accuracy, grammar, page rendering, links, disclosures, consistency, and basic accessibility hygiene (e.g., heading order, meaningful link text).
  • Maintain standards and documentation - follow editorial guidelines and contribute to playbooks (e.g., common page patterns, approved terminology, reusable snippets).
  • Support continuous improvement - identify recurring issues (rework drivers, bottlenecks, defects) and suggest improvements to increase speed, quality, and consistency across the web experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience (or equivalent internships/co-ops) in web/digital content authoring, editorial production, UX writing support, digital marketing content, or CMS-driven publishing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a structured production environment: managing multiple requests, meeting deadlines, and following approval and governance requirements.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally; able to communicate status clearly and escalate risks early.
  • Familiarity with web content best practices (clear headings, scannable copy, links, consistency, reuse).
  • Experience with a CMS is helpful; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) familiarity is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Interest in customer experience and writing for clarity, accessibility, and trust.
  • Basic understanding of compliance-minded publishing (working with required disclosures, adhering to approved language, documenting changes).
