Description

We have a full-time opportunity for aTreatment Coordination Assistantto work in a Clinic providing support for Treatment Coordinator, as well as provide administrative support for Clinical Services.

Responsibilities include general office duties: phone, filing, typing, scheduling meetings, appointment scheduling, purchasing and maintain office supplies, complete purchase requests, vouchers, personnel forms, etc. Assist with treatment services to ensure that all individuals' needs are met. Assist with new referrals. Act as a liaison with Care Managers and families, as needed. Assist with oversight of regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday/8:00 am to 4:00 pm

STARTING SALARY: $17.70 - $20.63 per hour

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associateโ€™s Degree preferred.

  • Experience and knowledge of computer processing systems.

  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
