We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson fora Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectualdisabilities.
Sand Hill is one our newest residences, located in the Gardiner area, where five young men live and are beginning their lives as independent young adults.
Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This experienced manager will possess an Associates or Bachelors degreein Psychology, Human Services or a related field, and will have strong organizational skills andsupervisoryexperience. Previous experiencesupporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.
HOURS: 40/Sunday through Thursday/flexible, based on needs of program
