## DescriptionSummaryPrimarily responsible for executing as indicated by Group Leads. This position will work with the internal and external project team throughout the design process, adapting plans based on need, and the client as directed by the Group Leader. The position is not responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, and resources but may provide related information to the group leader.Roles & Responsibilities• Able to successfully execute all aspects of the project• Provides input on but is not responsible for scope schedule and budget• Directs Task leads and group team to successfully execute and deliver project work• Prepares or reviews complete project documents• Identifies and manages project risks and issues• Understands and adheres to assigned phase and task schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of deliverables• Assists the GL with proposals to provide professional services or obtain funding for engineering or surveying projects or programs• Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments, as directed by Group Lead• Mentors and trains staff as needed• Helps GL prepare communication for the client## QualificationsJob Requirements• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer• Bachelor of Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited university• Typically an EI IV through Sr. Project Engineer level (or equivalent experience)• Proven leadership, communication, mentoring and client liaison skills• Strong technical background• Must be capable of completing a project with minimal oversight• Public Works experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
