About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Solutions Division. This role is the "engine room" of our regional marketing team, blending high-impact event management with regional marketing communication support for content creation and sales enablement. You will be responsible for bringing Gore's advanced materials to life at industry trade shows and through compelling collateral development, while ensuring our technical documentation and marketing systems are kept up to date.
This position will be located at our facility in Newark, Delaware, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement
Responsibilities
  • Trade Show & Event Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of regional trade shows and customer events. This includes booth design, logistics, lead retrieval strategies, and post-show ROI analysis for key tradeshows and events.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage the regional lead lifecycle. You will partner with Marketing Operations to build and deploy email campaigns, manage landing pages, and ensure all leads from events are correctly routed through our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Collateral & Sales Support: Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing assets, ensuring the sales team has the most up-to-date technical literature.
  • Brand Governance: Support brand training (internal & external), ensure marketing activities comply with Gore's brand standards and global data privacy regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with exhibit houses, printers, and agency partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the regional budget.
  • Regional Marketing Communications: Support regional marketing communications, including PR & Media partners engagement, customer-facing announcements, and internal newsletters, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand and CoE standards.
  • Capabilities Presentation: Own the annual refresh of the Gore Performance Solutions capabilities presentation, partnering with Product Management, Innovation and Brand to keep content current and field-ready.
  • Business Development & Innovation Support: Provide early-stage marketing support for the Business Development and Innovation functions, helping translate emerging opportunities into simple messaging and collateral ahead of full campaign development by the CoE.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, tradeshow and event management, or sales operations-ideally within a B2B industrial or technical field
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience across at least 2 of our core markets (electronics, semicon, A&D, battery and automotive)
  • A "get it right" mindset with experience supporting content creation for technical documentation, product specifications and customer spotlights
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, non-hierarchical environment
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines, including large-scale trade show booths
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing large-scale industrial trade shows
  • Comfort working with engineers and scientists to translate "spec-speak" into marketing-friendly content
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, InDesign and AI Tools

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
