Full-Time Monday-Friday Springfield, MO
Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hour
Help Tell the Phoenix Story
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Public Relations & Culture Assistant to support our marketing, employee engagement, and branding efforts. This is a behind-the-scenes role that keeps projects moving, supports internal communications, and helps improve department processes through innovation and technology.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the Phoenix CareWear employee apparel store and quarterly newsletter.
  • Maintain the PR inbox, complete department requests, and prepare reports.
  • Create social media content, marketing materials, and employee spotlight features.
  • Coordinate business cards, promotional items, and the department's photo library.
  • Support employee recognition programs and internal communications.
  • Assist with career fairs, community events, and special projects as needed.
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency using AI and new technology.
What We're Looking For
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Creative, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media experience are a plus.
  • Interested in AI, automation, and process improvement.
