Your Opportunity, Your Team

As the Digital Librarian for Premedia Production, you will coordinate the flow of digital assets through the premedia production process and oversee the flow of files between internal and external partners.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Franconia office daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and organize digital images and video
  • Coordinate swatch cards to support color matching
  • Manage image requests by Public Relations and Social Media
  • Ensure accuracy on shot sheets for photography team
  • Coordinate timing and assign tasks to outside vendors

What You'll Bring

  • 2 years' experience in office management
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Proficient in digital asset management
  • Project management experience
