Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced Application Infrastructure Leadto join our national intelligence program in Northern Virginia that delivers infrastructure engineering, service deployment, infrastructure operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client's global missions.
In addition to the focus on SharePoint, this position also serves as the Application Infrastructure Team Lead responsible for leading a team of administrators and engineers responsible for SharePoint; Email & Collaboration; Mobile Devices; Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM/IDAM)/Internet Protocol Address Management (IPAM); Cloud Services (M365) across virtual geographic sites.
The candidate must have demonstrated technical lead experience, ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically with excellent written and oral communications. The candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement experience to implement and maintain SharePoint and Application Infrastructure solutions that achieve stakeholder requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Engineer both back-end SharePoint systems/database and front-end customer application solutions.
  • Design, develop, customize and maintain program SharePoint applications and solutions that enable collaboration, content Management, and the delivery of automated workflows to enhance the operational effectiveness of the client's workforce.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements for SharePoint solutions.
  • Create, configure and access control SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows and web parts.
  • Test and debug SharePoint applications to ensure their functionality.
  • Monitor and analyze SharePoint server and application performance.
  • Create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Work with IT professionals, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, etc. to ensure seamless integration with other application infrastructure tools and systems, as required.
  • Keep current on SharePoint updates and new technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
  • Provide Technical Project Management to ensure all Application Infrastructure Team adheres to its allocated timeline, budget and scope for its products and services.
  • Proactively look for and implement process and technology improvements to achieve and keep the client's infrastructure on the cutting edge.

**Position is Contingent on Contract Award**
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearances.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience; High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience).
  • Proven work experience as a SharePoint developer/ engineer.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Experience engineering both SharePoint back-end systems/databases and front-end solutions to include integration of load balancing and accreditation services.
  • Technical Project Management/ Team Leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment
  • Knowledge of Natural or JCL
  • Experience with agile methods and DevOps tools
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, PowerShell, or Ruby etc.)
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery

Security Clearance:
This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
