Job description

Plexos Group is seeking experienced professionals to join a multidisciplinary team supporting a long-term infrastructure recovery and resilience program across Puerto Rico. This initiative focuses on the restoration, modernization, and structural enhancement of public-use facilities that serve communities throughout the island.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Planning and project delivery
  • Design management
  • Construction management
  • Project controls and financial oversight

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure improvements that support community well-being and long-term resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities may include:

  • Leading planning and delivery of infrastructure projects
  • Overseeing design development and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Managing construction activities and coordinating field operations
  • Monitoring budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
  • Supporting documentation and reporting aligned with federal recovery programs
