Job description

Description The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of?Public Health Program Representative?within the Office of Community Health Strategy. ?This position facilitates organizational performance management, quality improvement, and change management efforts to strengthen programs and processes. It collaborates across teams to support strategic planning, effective communication, and innovative problem-solving.

The role also designs and maintains data systems, oversees data collection and analysis, and develops clear visualizations and other tools that inform decision-making.
