Location: Various Locations (On-site/Hybrid/Remote depending on placement)

About the Role
The MSW/Counseling Internship is designed for Master of Social Work and Counseling students seeking hands-on experience in a professional behavioral health and human services environment prior to graduation. This evergreen requisition allows candidates to apply on a rolling basis and be considered for current and future internship opportunities as they become available. Interns will gain practical experience supporting individuals, families, and communities while developing clinical, case management, and professional skills under supervision.

Responsibilities
• Support client intake, assessment, and documentation processes under supervision
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service or treatment plans
• Participate in individual, group, and/or family sessions as appropriate
• Observe and support crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, case managers, and supervisors
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and training opportunities
• Assist with resource coordination and referrals to community-based services
• Support program initiatives, outreach efforts, and client engagement activities
• Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional guidelines

Required Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an MSW or Counseling program from an accredited institution
• Ability to meet internship or practicum requirements as defined by academic program
