Job description

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as assigned to ensure program success and growth. These relationships are multi-faceted, including managing implementations, contracting, coordination of service delivery, reporting, and expansion of services.

In addition, you will serve as an assigned subject matter expert on these clients and certain Telligen services to support the Sales and Account Management teams on new business opportunities. 

What you'll do:
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with assigned clients and serves as the primary conduit and subject matter expert between Telligen and the client
  • Develops a thorough understanding of each client's operations, systems, environment, and business objectives to support contract deliverables and ensure client needs are met
  • Manages client interactions, including scheduled and ad hoc meetings, education, training, operational activities, publications, and website-related needs
  • Monitors Telligen's performance against contractual requirements and performance guarantees, participates in the management of client satisfaction surveys and feedback processes, and delivers client reports as required
  • Collaborates with operations and clinical teams to ensure services consistently meet clients' needs and to gather and validate data supporting population health programs
  • Maintains program databases and spreadsheets to help stakeholders monitor program performance metrics
  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes healthcare information, generating routine reports and basic dashboards
  • Participates in solution development and tracks operational problem trends, communicating client information and escalating issues to operational management as appropriate
  • Monitors data exchanges among trading partners and intervenes promptly to address identified insufficiencies
  • Assists with capturing and documenting program processes and procedures, monitors compliance with applicable accreditation standards, and provides data-related support for quality improvement initiatives
  • Assists Sales in prospect/partner/finalist presentations, as well as assisting with preparing proposals for new or current business and materials for upsells to current clients, in coordination with the manager of account management
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data analytics, health education, health promotion, public health (or) 1-3 years of experience in wellness/well-being, clinical health management programs, healthcare, delivery of employee health benefits services, or related experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience successfully managing complex client relationships 
  • Up to 30% local and overnight travel 
  • Positions working on specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing a consultative approach and relationship building
  • Proficient public speaking skills
