Pay Range: $80,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will prepare and review tax work, support client relationships, and contribute to tax planning and advisory opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
  • Support tax compliance for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and pass-through entities
  • Assist with tax planning and client advisory projects
  • Lead client engagements across a variety of industries
  • Build strong client relationships through clear, responsive communication
  • Research tax issues and identify planning opportunities
  • Mentor and guide staff accountants
  • Collaborate with managers, directors, and firm leaders
  • Contribute to firm growth as an employee-owner
What We’re Looking For
Required
  • 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience preparing business tax returns
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Professional communication and client service skills
  • CPA or EA license, or active progress toward certification
  • Desire to grow as a tax advisor and team member
Preferred
  • Experience with individual, partnership, S corporation, or C corporation tax returns
