The CPA will oversee the accounting functions and handle the day-to-day operational processes. Will drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency. The CPA will prepare, analyze, and review financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity for clients. Daily responsibilities include tax preparation and planning, maintaining accounting records, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits as needed. The role involves advising clients on financial and tax matters, interpreting regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting. The CPA will also help improve accounting processes and provide clear communication of financial results to stakeholders.


Bachelor’s Degree. CPA or CPA Eligible. Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Prior public accounting or corporate accounting experience is strongly beneficial but not required. Will see entry-level candidates pursuing CPA!


Normal Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
