Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Skilled Nursing Facility | Elkin, NC

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Elkin, NC. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  • Deliver care to post-acute and long-term care patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
