Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (on W2, based on experience)

About the Role

Powerback is seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our team on a contract basis across Massachusetts. This opportunity offers guaranteed full-time hourscompetitive hourly pay, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the recovery and well-being of patients in a supportive environment.

As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients restore strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical function.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.

Qualifications
