Location: Framingham, MA

FlexPlus Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient clinic committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. We're currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a temporary or temp-to-permanent position. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team, with the potential to transition to a long-term role.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
  • Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
  • Valid PTA license in Massachusetts
  • Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
