Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, therapy, or rehabilitation who enjoys working with people and being part of a supportive team.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions
  • Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy
  • Keep the rehabilitation gym clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Clean and sanitize therapy equipment according to facility guidelines
  • Provide non-clinical support to the therapy team
  • Assist with general department tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Help create a positive and welcoming environment for residents
