COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Physical Therapist (PT): $100,000 – $135,000 annually
- PT Director (Leadership Role): $165,000 – $225,000 annually
- Signing bonus included and paid 100% upfront

We currently serve 260+ patients weekly and have a significant untapped Medicare patient base—creating a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to step in and immediately contribute to growth and revenue expansion.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) who is looking for more than a traditional role. This position offers a hybrid clinical + leadership opportunity, with the potential to grow into a PT Director role and lead your own department.
This is an ideal opportunity for a PT who:

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for integrated patient care
- Oversee patient outcomes, retention, and satisfaction
- (For Director-track candidates) Lead and grow the PT department, including staffing and process development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or pain management settings is a plus
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Interest in leadership, growth, or program development is highly valued
