• Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to adults with diverse diagnoses and complex presenting problems.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and child psychiatry fellows in interdisciplinary meetings to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• If interested, you may have opportunities to teach classes and supervise medical students and residents in psychotherapy training, enhancing the educational component of our practice.
• Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and strategic planning.
• Document all patient interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and state regulations.

You will primarily work with a diverse cohort of adults, including those facing challenges related to addiction and co-occurring disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this role.
• Applicants must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of California.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
