• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through clinical interviews and evidence-based screening tools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their health goals.
• Engage clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing a range of brief yet impactful evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and necessary follow-ups as required by organizational policies.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to a continuum of care, and liaise with other healthcare providers and community resources.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, promptly responding to emergencies and assisting clients in managing acute distress.
• Monitor safety concerns within the client population, proactively addressing and reporting any high-risk situations.
• Contribute to team collaboration by participating in staff meetings, trainings, and committee activities to improve agency services.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing significant life challenges such as mental illness, trauma, and socio-economic barriers. • Must hold a current and valid LCSW licensure for the state of Florida.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or with under-served populations is strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms to manage patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions based on client cultural needs and preferences.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
