Job description

About the Role:
You will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team. You will participate in several aspects of the statistical analysis work for both operational procedures and research. You will help implement systems and procedural process improvement. You will report to the Director - Psychometrics and Research. You will be 100% remote.
You Will:
  • Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review.
  • Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review.
  • Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request.
  • Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects.
  • Help test systems enhancements and other process changes.
  • Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience.
  • Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
  • Intermediate SAS programming skills
  • Experience with data workflow management, database management, and data visualization, preferred
  • Experience with R or Python, Quarto, and/or Rmarkdown, preferred
