A psychology degree opens the door to a variety of career paths in fields such as mental health, education, research, human resources, counseling, and social services. Many graduates work as counselors, case managers, human resource specialists, or pursue further study to become licensed psychologists or therapists. The degree also provides valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and understanding human behavior, which are highly valued in business, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
