Job description

You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Plan, Policies, and Operations (Security), Provost Marshall Office/Marine Corps Police Department of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing instruction on law enforcement topics in areas such as law evidence, terrorism, laws of arrest, search and seizure, firearms training and qualifications, basic criminology, criminal investigative techniques, etc.; 2) Utilizing a variety of sophisticated police equipment and databases and weapons; 3) Assisting with developing lesson plans to meet training objectives; and 4) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.
