Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with personal care like bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  2. Help with mobility, transfers, and accompany individuals during outings.
  3. Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  4. Aid in light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  5. Provide companionship, active listening, and encouragement.
  6. Facilitate participation in social activities and community events.
  7. Implement behavior support plans and manage challenging behaviors.
  8. Maintain clear communication with individuals, families, and team members.
  9. Document services provided, observations, and incidents accurately.
