Job description

Position Summary:
As a Program Manager at Pure Infusion, you will be a hands-on ambassador providing guidance and support to our manufacturers, referring providers, patients, sales executives and departmental staff in all aspects of the patient journey for assigned products. The position requires you to be highly proficient with all aspects of the patient, manufacturer, provider journey as well as have a complete knowledge of departmental workflow within Pure Infusion.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the designated, primary point of contact for Manufacturer(s) that is responsible for all aspects of the assigned products program, including issue escalation/resolution and leading quarterly business reviews. Designated Product Program Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Perform patient and referring provider outreach
• Monitor patient adherence
• Serve as primary point of contact for Manufacturer(s) regarding issues related to Product, the Services, day-to-day operational issues (e.g., product ordering, product coverage, Hub coordination, etc.), marketplace conditions, or an issue that may reasonably arise related to Product, as necessary
• Monitors and ensures client satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new Service Provider staff who will provide the Services, with quarterly documentation thereof
• Conduct status calls with manufacturer(s) as contracted to review and discuss performance of the services and other issues that may reasonably arise related to product.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review and discuss the performance of the services and other issues that may arise, including specifically review of identified data analytics and performance indicators
• Track/Calculate program performance metrics
• Partner with Operational teams to maximize program performance/outcomes
• Assist manufacturer with any agreed-upon business reporting
• Build out new manufacturer program solutions and processes
Additional oversight and responsibilities
Act as the designated, single point of contact for prescribers providing support for all issues related to patient care, including handling escalated issues and providing continuous follow up as needed. Such role to specifically include:
• Identify prescriber's preferred method of communication
• Liaise with prescribers to provide reimbursement information.
• Monitor patients' progress in continuum of care
• Notify prescriber (using prescriber's preferred method of communication) when patient has been successfully onboarded and when medication has been administered to patient, including any pertinent notes taken during the infusion treatment as well as information regarding the next scheduled infusion date
• Serve as a single point-of-contact for manufacturer's hub
• All other necessary patient-level interactions with prescriber
• Data Oversight, ensuring timeliness and contract compliance
• Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Healthcare experience
  • Understanding of Insurance/Prescription Benefits
  • Data manipulation experience in Excel; Intermediate skills in Microsoft office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs/data manipulation
  • Strong follow up and follow through skill set
  • Self-directed and ability to "own" the program and be responsible for the results
  • Minimum 1-2 years insurance benefit/pharmacy experience
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task; take on additional functions to assist in building out our growing team.
