Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a high-quality outpatient role in Georgia. This position is ideal for a physician who enjoys the pace of rural medicine and is looking for a leadership component. You will join a team in a newer facility with a focus on community health, providing standard primary care while overseeing a small team of advanced practice providers.

-Schedule: Full-time; Standard outpatient work week (Monday Friday).
-Location: Hawkinsville, Georgia.
-Volume: Standard outpatient patient panels with a focus on preventative health and chronic disease management.
-Support: Collaborative environment within a modern, well-equipped office; integrated with hospital leadership and a dedicated clinical support team.

  • Base Salary: $250,000 $300,000 annually.

  • Incentives: Supervision Stipend of $7,500 per year, per APP (Totaling $22,500 in additional annual income).

  • Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits package included.
