Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the non-clinical operating infrastructure of the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) day center. This role oversees facilities, transportation, dining, front desk, participant flow, and vendor management to ensure the center operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable PACE regulations. The position works closely with the Clinical Operations Manager to support a seamless participant experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day center operations, including participant flow, safety, and facility upkeep.
• Manage transportation operations, including routing, scheduling, and vendor oversight.
• Supervise dining, front desk, and other non-clinical support functions.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep of the facility.
• Manage non-clinical vendor and contractor relationships.
• Support emergency preparedness, safety procedures, and environment-of-care compliance.
• Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Clinical Operations Manager to coordinate non-clinical support for participant care.
  • Competencies / Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • 3-5 years of experience in facility, transportation, hospitality, or operations management.
    • Experience in a healthcare or senior services setting preferred.
    • Working knowledge of 42 CFR Part 460 and related PACE operational requirements.
    • Strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
