We seek a Market Director to oversee operations across North and South Carolina, focusing on staff mentoring, compliance, and growth. Candidates should have multi-location, Operational management experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills. The role involves travel and standard office work. Position Summary: The Market Director oversees operations of a network of opiate treatment centers, supervising Program Directors. Responsibilities include professional development, training, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor Program Directors, establish goals, and monitor progress.
  • Develop training programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage treatment center operations, staffing, and financials.
