Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Senior Operations SME to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Provide senior level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of various military operations-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise. Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
  • Conduct testing activities as required.
  • Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise. Supports sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years supporting military operations
  • Must have an active TS with SCI eligibility
  • Possess expert understanding of all domain DOW organizations, operations, capabilities, tactics, techniques and procedures.
  • Experience coordinating, planning, and executing military missions.
  • Experienced with a breadth of joint warfighting functions and military operations covering Command and Control, Information, Intelligence, Fires, Movement and Maneuver, Protection, and Sustainment.
  • Experience supporting tactical combat warfighting operations in a deployed environment.
