Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator – Algonquin, IL
Salary: $48,000–$55,000 Annually
About the Company
We are a growing manufacturing company that produces industrial packaging and shipping materials for businesses across a variety of industries. Our team manages the production, inventory, and distribution of products to customers throughout the region.
About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a bachelor’s or associate degree who is looking to begin a career in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Enter customer orders, shipping information, and product data into internal systems
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and logistics records
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents
  • Review data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update delivery information
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and customer service teams
  • Assist with scheduling shipments and deliveries
  • Follow up on orders and shipments to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative and data-entry support to the logistics team


Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new computer systems
