About the Job: Full Time
Job Function
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Network Administrator to support, maintain, and evolve the company’s network infrastructure across North America. This role will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and operating secure, scalable, and resilient network environments that support manufacturing, data center, and enterprise business operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on technical expertise, deep understanding of network architecture, proven experience with leading network and security platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, security, manufacturing, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and implement the company’s enterprise network architecture (LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD‑WAN, Internet, and data center networks).
  • Manage, operate, and optimize data center network facilities to meet reliability, performance, and scalability requirements.
  • Continuously optimize network design to align with evolving business, manufacturing, and application demands.
  • Design and evaluate network architectures to support application deployments in manufacturing and industrial environments.
  • Lead office automation (OA) network projects, backbone network development, upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
  • Implement and maintain network security and cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, segmentation, access control, and threat mitigation.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and security incidents, performance issues, and outages.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (IT Infrastructure, Security, OT/Manufacturing, Application teams, and regional stakeholders).
  • Oversee and coordinate network construction, deployment, and operational support across the North America region, including vendor and ISP management.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise network engineering, administration, or related roles.
  • Proven experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑site networks, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture design, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD‑WAN, Internet, and data center networking.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience with major networking and security vendors
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, LAN/WAN design, STP, VLANs, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong architectural mindset with the ability to translate multi‑level business and technical requirements into effective network solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, service‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and work with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced or professional‑level certifications such as:
    • CCNP / CCIE
    • Fortinet NSE
    • Palo Alto PCNSE
  • Equivalent certifications or demonstrated expertise are also highly valued.
