Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment โ€“ this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:
  • PharmD Pharmacy Or
  • Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
