Job description

Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Experience:

โ€ข 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

โ€ข Experience with Epic is required.

โ€ข Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

โ€ข Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

โ€ข This role may require floating to additional units and locations

โ€ข Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

โ€ข COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

โ€ข 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience in a NICU Level III or IV unit. Must be able to work independently within a Level 3 NICU autonomously. Neuro Trauma ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Bunnell Jet Ventilation in NICU highly preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Expected ratios depend on hospital acuity.

Shift & Scheduling: No on-call required. Every other weekend per CBA. All staff are considered variable shift for the unit, including full-time employees. The manager makes every effort to keep agency staff on a consistent shift (either days or nights) for the duration of the 13-week contract, but the exact assignment is typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance.

Floating Requirements: Internal floating between departments; must be flexible.

โ€ข AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear โ€œYesโ€ or โ€œNoโ€ response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
