Job description

Pentagon Technologies is an elite service provider in critical and controlled environments, specializing in the Semiconductor, Data Center, and Pharma/Healthcare industries. Our Technical Site Services team delivers cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, and world-class cleaning and construction management.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Protocol Auditor to support onsite gown-room operations. The auditor will provide auditor coverage for nine gown rooms with twelve total entry points. Each entry point will be equipped with auditors. In this role, auditors will support Material Entry procedures, perform bag checks, and ensure all activities comply with site specifications, the Material Entry Procedure, and Backpack Guidelines.

Shifts:

  • 7:00Am -3:30Pm
  • 11:30Am - 8:00Pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews process procedures to understand the scope, requirements, and function of audits in the cleanroom space.
  • Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding visible contamination (particles, dirt, and debris).
  • Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding housekeeping of assigned area.
  • Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines and regulations regarding improper procedures to make sure all service members comply.
  • Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding gowning (no tears or writing on latex gloves).
  • Ensures service team members comply with organizations guidelines regarding non approved materials (food, gum, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure that all policies, processes and controls are properly documented
  • Perform bag checks and Material Entry auditing at designated gown room entry points.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in pre-gown areas, ensuring spaces remain clear after use.
  • Coach personnel on proper gowning protocols prior to gown-room entry.
  • Follow Micro and Factory escalation procedures as required.
  • Provide weekly audit tracking for review and trend analysis.
  • Previous experience in a protocol role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and go up and down through building(s) stairs.
