Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our account management and data verification processes. This role requires strong investigative research skills, the ability to analyze and validate information from multiple sources, and experience working with CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting in-depth forensic research, updating account records, and preparing reports that support business and protest-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to maintain, update, and verify account information.

• Conduct detailed forensic research using public records, federal databases, and other available resources to identify and validate critical account information.

• Research and gather data using ZYWAVE and other information systems.

• Analyze findings and compile comprehensive reports for internal review and use in protesting claims, charges, or assessments.

• Accurately populate spreadsheets and databases with researched information.

• Import and maintain data within the company's sales management system.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely completion of research requests.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

• Strong computer and internet research skills.

• Experience conducting detailed investigative, forensic, or fact-finding research.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
