Job Description

This position will be part of team of scientists responsible for the development of protein therapeutics. Job responsibilities include analytical sample testing coordination, data organization, and data analysis. The individual will need to be able to effectively multitask and work effectively in a Team setting. Candidate should be highly experience in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Powerpoint. 

Coordinate shipping and receiving including paperwork for the shipments. 

Data request from the partner organization and enter in the database in timely fashion.

Assist scientific teams involved in the development of protein therapeutics with analytical sample coordination, submissions for analytical testing, tracking of submissions, and analysis of analytical results. 

Work with project leaders to provide periodic forecast of sample testing. 

Assist project leaders with compilation and analysis of data, data presentations, and preparation of    PowerPoint presentations 

Attend weekly planning and data analysis meetings. Track project activities. 

Assist with maintenance of the SharePoint website, including data uploading and downloading. 

Assist with maintaining project timelines. 

Keep up to date on the sample forecast and send reminder to various groups asking for updates. 


Qualifications

Skills required: 

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or management discipline, preferably in the Biological, Biochemistry or Bioengineering areas. 

Good working knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint and other commonly used applications. 

Knowledge on the use of SharePoint website application is preferred, but not required. 

Willingness to learn new topics and ability to multi-task and support various groups is required. 

Working knowledge on lab ware LIMS 

Must have Cell based Assays, ELISAs , Column chromatography, Electrophoresis
