Job Description
  • Maintenance of tracker for all ongoing work (method establishment and ongoing routine/stability testing; large and small molecule)
  • Help ensuring that the tracker toolkit provides Departments with forecasting information for stability and establishment work
  • Generation of the invoice data package which helps track spend/utilization month by month per product. Utilization should be detailed enough to reflect the cost per project (for client) and costs associated with various stages of a project (ELLI).
  • Contribute to the re-evaluation and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics around both quality, performance and cost-efficiency. 
  • Maintain and help re-evaluating the tools/trackers to assist in capturing the data and extracting the identified KPIs.
  • creation of report for the client to summarize all metrics and break them out to provide meaningful insight into each category/project.
  • Contribute in the development of tool to estimate utilization and cost for life cycle of a project.
  • creation of other visual KPI presentation and monitoring techniques that support FTE resources monitoring, depending on FTE program characteristic or client requests
  • Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences, or any other applied science.
  • Experience in an FDA regulated Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in working in an FTE team or good understanding of FTE team required
  • Technical expertise in (Bio)Pharmaceutical Product testing preferred
  • Understanding and practitioner of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and Project Management Methodology
  • Skilled level in process improvement tools and methodologies
  • Computer skills (expertise with MS Project, Excel, and other Windows related applications)
  • Independent work skills, strong work ethic and organization skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information

Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
