Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?

Summary:
The Lender Placed Analyst I (LPA I) is responsible for providing information and assistance in the placement of insurance and the use of Proctor's various products and programs. The LPA I must be able to effectively problem solve issues that may arise. The LPA I is responsible for performing technical and administrative tasks and maintain client documentation.

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Working with the Outsourcing Operations team for file processing
  • Perform technical and administrative tasks such as:
  • Daily file processing
  • Letter generation
  • Refund processing
  • Billing
  • Payment reconciliation
  • Maintain client documentation
  • Problem resolution
  • UAT - system changes/enhancements/letter writing
  • Responsible for frequent, open communication with clients with particular sensitivity to changing needs and requirements.
  • Good communication and proficient computer skills

Required:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed Proctor LP standards

Preferred:

  • Insurance or mortgage industry background
  • Bachelor's degree

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:

  • Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
  • Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
  • Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
