- Advocate for patients and families, ensuring access to protective services and timely interventions in case of vulnerabilities or suspected abuse.

- Plan and participate in transition conferences involving patients and their families, facilitating smooth transitions in care.
- Demonstrate ethical decision-making in all interactions while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.
- Complete additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the clinical team.
This role involves working with a diverse range of clients including individual adults, children, and families facing mental health issues. Therapists will provide services to clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications- A Masterโs or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
- An independent license to practice in the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
- Proficient command of electronic medical record systems and strong advocacy for efficient documentation practices.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
