About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Branch Operations, the Branch Manager leads branch performance through exceptional member experience, team development, and operational excellence. This role drives growth by building strong relationships, collaborating across departments, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Prospera's values.

Expectations and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve service, referral, and performance goals.
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and outstanding member experience.
  • Build strong member relationships, resolve escalations, and model service excellence.
  • Partner with HR on talent management, onboarding, and performance development.
  • Champion a positive, accountable culture that supports employee engagement and success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in financial services, branch operations, or retail management
  • Strong ability to drive growth, performance, and relationship development
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, operational best practices, and coaching principles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Experience & Education

  • 3-5 years of related financial or retail experience; minimum 1 year in a leadership role
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
