Total Warehouse Inc. (TW) is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support West Coast growth. TW delivers industry-leading material handling equipment and warehouse solutions focused on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

This is a field-based development role focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing small to mid-sized deals, with the objective to transition into a Sales Representative role with territory ownership within 6–12 months.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold calling
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and introduce TW solutions
  • Close small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capability
  • Support larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives
  • Conduct product introductions and solution discussions onsite
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
  • Continuously follow up to advance deals through pipeline

Growth Path (6–12 Months)

  1. 0–6 Weeks: Training + initial prospecting
  2. 6–12 Months: Independent selling + support larger deals
  3. 6 Weeks–6 Months: Pipeline build + close small deals

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong prospecting and communication skills
  • Organized with strong follow-through
  • CRM experience required
  • Ability to build rapport with decision-makers
  • Material handling/industrial experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
