Your work schedule will generally follow a Monday through Friday routine from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies to create tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to address the unique needs of your clients effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide cohesive care.
• Engage in regular consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and enhance the level of care provided to clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources, empowering them in the recovery process.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to continuously improve service delivery.

This role primarily focuses on supporting a varied patient population grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disturbances. You will work closely with individuals seeking positive change and personal development, making a profound impact on their lives.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in Maryland, including LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or LCPC.
